The lots lie in the Mk garden-farming zone of the local building code, intended mainly for vineyards, orchards and gardening. On the south-facing lot the existing buildings use up the permitted coverage, and no new building can be placed on the small valley lots. By its size, the north-facing lot may take a farm (non-residential) building of about 110–115 m² footprint.
